Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

360 Information Tab

View the participants included in a 360 Assessment, and the skills and competencies for which the employee is being rated.

Field Description
Steps 1 - Through... A gray ribbon shows all the steps in the 360 assessment process. The current step, or phase, is shaded blue. Notes in the blue ribbon at the top of the screen indicate the next action in the assessment, such as moving to the next phase or signing. Click the button to move to the next phase.
Participants This section lists all individuals participating in the 360 assessment. Click Add Participants to add additional participants. Click the Delete icon to remove a participant.
Content This section lists all skills and competencies on which the employee is being rated. The workflow on which the assessment is based determines which skills and competency categories are included on the assessment.
